Owner Ken Lindow bought the company managing his properties, Elite Estate Management LLC, in 2023, because he felt the company wasn’t meeting the needs of his tenants and his properties. Ken has been in real estate since he bought his first two-flat in Chicago when he got married. He knew then—and now—that the tenants’ experience takes top priority and everything else will follow. In short order, Ken started streamlining processes of property maintenance and meeting tenants’ needs. He has provided faster service while trimming the budget for the owners of those properties. Currently, Elite Estate manages over 100 apartment units, single-family homes and retail spaces.

Even with many decades of combined experience, Elite’s team still gets excited when a tenant in a newly acquired client’s property says: “We never had service like this before.” Elite’s wait list is ever growing due to its growing reputation for service and care.
